No building or structure shall be erected or enlarged unless the following yards are provided and maintained in connection with such building, structure or enlargement.

    A.    Front Yard. Same regulations shall apply as required or permitted in the R-3 one-family dwelling district.

    B.    Side Yard. Same regulations shall apply as required or permitted in the R-3 one-family dwelling district.

    C.    Rear Yard. Same regulations shall apply as required or permitted in the R-3 one-family dwelling district. (Ord. 1445 § 4 (part), 1996; prior code § 40-6-4(D))
